Preg-tested and backed by an open animal guarantee, so buyers take on less risk. We run three genetics lines the market wants, and everything is colour and weight sorted before it goes to grass for feeding consistency.

First-cut cattle, every load. We do not chase volume at the expense of quality. Buyers know what they are getting.

Cattle are preg-tested and backed by an open animal guarantee, so the risk does not land on the buyer.

Colour and weight sorted
Everything is sorted by colour and weight before it goes to grass. Uniform groups feed more consistently.
Feeding & Grazing
Fed on the move. Never in a pen.
Cattle are fed in portable feed bunks out on grass, never crowded into a pen. Large 80-acre paddocks and rotational grazing keep them on fresh feed and clean ground.
We rotate every group to a fresh quarter-section every two days, running them in groups of 500 to 1,000 head across the season.

Three generations on one brand.
Lazy T Ranch was started by Terry and Scott Greiner in 1994, carrying on ranching that began with Scott's grandfather. Over the years the family took full ownership, buying out the uncle about a decade in and Scott's father a few years ago.
It is a third-generation, family-run operation rooted in relationships, community, and the rodeo arena. The same values that built it in 1994 still run every load of cattle that leaves the place.
The brand on our cattle is more than a mark. It is a promise to do things right, and to go a little above and beyond. A brand above.
